All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Wednesday from our New York kimchi factory.

All other orders are shipped via UPS Ground (for states where UPS Ground delivers within 2-day) or UPS 2-Day.

(Please note: delivery times are only a guide and there might be factors beyond our control which can result in delayed delivery.)

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and collected by our shipping partner, you will receive a notification that includes your tracking number.

Packaging
Even the small details matter to us and shipment is one of them. Our kimchi is packaged using a double vacuum-seal method which helps contain everything together during transit. We take precaution to prevent accidental spillage during shipment.

*BEFORE OPENING
Please take caution and open vacuum sealed bag slowly and preferably over the sink. Our Kimchi contains healthy probiotics which continue to actively ferment which may build pressure during shipment.
